Senior CAD Design Engineers

We are expanding our engineering teams and are seeking senior CAD design
engineers. Candidates will be able to demonstrate the following experience and
knowledge.

  • A good electrical or mechanical engineering background
  • Experience of 2D and 3D software packages such as AutoCAD/Solid Works and Inventor series
  • Understanding of pressure and vacuum sealing techniques
  • Ability to visualise and develop complex mechanical assemblies
  • Disciplined approach to document control
  • Application of sound engineering principles
  • Ability to identify value engineering solutions for existing designs
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
  • Self motivated, creative and accurate
  • Ability to work to BoM's and manufacturing systems
  • A good general knowledge of vacuum systems
  • Degree or HNC qualified
