Surrey NanoSystems was established in December 2006, with staff and intellectual property from CEVP, the University of Surrey’s Advanced Technology Institute (ATI), with financial backing by The IP Group.
The venture builds on hardware, recipes and processing techniques embodied in the NanoGrowth tool developed as a joint venture by Surrey NanoSystems and ATI during 2005 and 2006 - with the aid of funding from SEEDA.
